Premise
The basic premise of Vikas is “One has to uplift oneself”. Since everything is created twice, we advocate the policy of Clean-inside-Clear-outside. Our interventions focus on treating the root – The Person, because only an OK-Person can perform effectively at Home, Organisation, and Society on a Win-Win note.
Participants undertake an inward journey to understand their potentials, belief systems, and parental injunctions—learning to overcome dysfunctional beliefs.
